During the application process, Carol was very helpful and understanding. I couldn't have asked for better assistance from the management team. Very pleasant and eager to help.

The problem came with noise. The next door neighbors were constantly loud with parties and guitar practice. One night while my roommate and I were out of town, I got a call from Carol saying my neighbor comlpained about noise I was making throughout all hours of the night. In the message, she told me in an unpleasant tone, "People have jobs, you know, and need it quiet at night to sleep." With my roommate being one of these people, I knew this concept and was angered by her lack of respect. It especially angered me that every morning I was awakened from noise and my complaints were ignored due to the fact that I work second shift.

Also, I found parking inadequate. There were never enough spaces for everyone and because I got off of work after two in the morning, I was forced to park in the side aisles of the parking lot on numerous occasions. And as commented once before, I was dissapointed by the lack of lights in the parking lot. Felt very unsafe walking from one end of the parking lot to the door at that late hour every night with no lights.
