the site has had several break-ins because residents have let in non-residents.
several times the fire alarms have gone off. last new years eve it was set off during the night by a non-resident.
the vending machine (next to the office) has been broken into numerous times and resulted in being taken out

This review got me worried because I've lived here since 2004 so I called the police dept. and they said the only time there's been a breakin since 2004 was last year when some guys tried to break in the office, and the silent alarm went off and they were caught. The alarms don't go off all the time but they have gone off a few times, once when there was a fire and the sprinklers inside the apt put it out (that's what I was told). The candy machine did get taken out, I heard it was broken into. I've lived in apts for twenty yrs and all apt bldgs are targeted at one time or another. Nice about this place is they have a guard at night, and managers always try to take care of any problems.
