After selling my home that I have lived in for twenty years, I was scared at the thought of living with all these other people around me. I choice Grand Pre due to the size and price of the apartments.

The staff was very impressive and made me feel like I was at home during my first visit there. A big bonus for anyone looking for a apartment. I thought that I would only be in the apartment for about a year. I have now lived here for 3 three years now and not planning on moving again.
On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate my home a 12.

All my needs are taken care of and the life style that they have offered of locking the dorr and leaving is so true. If it breaks they fix it right away. I was sold on the resort style living theme and I can say that it feels like there is someone here to help me with anything that I need.

I found out that all I have to do is ask and the staff binds over backwards to help me. From finding directions to places, to where to go in the twin cities for things and even the best deals in our own neighborhood. They seem to keep up on it all for everyone.

So the next time you are out looking for a new place to live, I would recommend this apartment community over any other that you can find. Best price for what is offered. I place I am glad to call home.
