Do not come and live at grand pre east because the people who work in the office are just a bunch of mean and careless people. Remember that the first impression is always the best...which means they will say and do all their best to get you to live here and then treat you like you are just a piece of ----. I'm not recommending for any person with a heart and feelings to live here because you will get hurt. The new leasing agent has an attitude problem psshh....i already knew that the very first second i met her. Anyways some of the good things here are that the maintence is a plus here because they are kind,nice,and get things done in a well manner time. Also the ones who did work for grand pre east was great too they made me feel at home and i was a happy camper. I probably won't continue my lease when it comes up because you get treated like your a worthless piece of ----. FOR THE MOST PART THEY HAVE VERY VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I agree, but you went easy on them, a lot more things are wrong. READ the other reviews, you'll see. p.s. I'm not renewing either!

Most of these negative reviews were posted by a angry ex-employee. Check out Grand Pre East for your self, you will see that it is a great place to live.
