for about one month now i haven't seen our night guard. i did feel very safe but now i don't. on www.rent.com it's listed on there that grand pre east has a night courtesy. i think it's just a lie. well to whoever lives and grand pre east good luck hopefully you guys like it here because i sure didn't.....

No SECURITY on a lot of nights. The other anonymous response was probably an employee trying to cover their butts.

Grand Pre East does have a curtesy officer on EVERY night that patrols the entire building as well as the parking lots and underground garage etc.

Here are my thoughts: I have read various apartmentrating reviews because I am a single mom looking for a safe place to live for me and my three daughters in the metro area. In the many reviews I have read, I have never seen another management company take the time to concientously come to their own defense, most other management companies seem to discount the importance of this helpful forum. I also want to add they have seemed very respectful in answering complaints here; to the point maybe, but respectful. All in all, what do you expect from apartment living?? You are living on top of one another! It seems, like anything in life, it all depends on your attitude and willingness to examine yourself to see if it is you who are in the wrong. I am going to make an appointment to view the apartment and grounds. The area and location seem just what I am looking for, and because I am so busy, the amenties look like something my children and I will enjoy together!
