I have a nice, quiet and spacious one bedroom for under $800, I've been living here since December. When I moved in it was immaculately cleaned.
The staff is nice and friendly. Maintenance has been prompt and professional. The parking isn't bad. I have always found snow plowing alerts to be well posted, assuming you get out of your apartment daily. I live next to a trash chute, but it's not that bad. I know that the office staff has changed since I moved in, I have faith that they are still hopefully as good as Maggie.
The pools and game rooms and mini-golf are all awesome, and in my experience, well maintained.

People who live here impressed me as being generally nice when I moved in, it surprised me. The apartment complex has been recently renovated.

For living on the 3rd floor the water pressure is extremely good. Parking lot is well-lit and the Security Guards are real (again, I see them all the time, perhaps because I'm a night owl).

This place has a lot of value, I would recommend it. Sure, living next to trash chutes or doors or vents could be lound, what can you do' It's time someone without an agenda made a post about the day to day reality here, which again, in my experience, has been good.

Hoping the office staff will be as good as Maggie and Steve were, before they were unfairly FIRED...dream on, those people in the office change from day to day, and that lady TJ is an unstable person to say the least, you'll be trying to get out of your lease before you know it. So naive.
