Employees must be the only ones who write good reviews on HERE. ok, you let me know when it starts sounding bad.
No available outdoor parking to be found unless you get there early, but they'll sell you an underground parking spot, where my stuff got BROKEN INTO and STOLEN, oh yes, my vehicle was broken into outside ALSO.
If you have a maintenance problem, try to give them a months notice to get to you.
Then don't expect it to be fixed the first couple times.
There are no trees, so no shade, your car's paint will peel in no time.
Someone else wrote about construction work being done, NOT DONE, it's like the war, it keeps going and going, and going, so hopefully SLEEP in underrated to you.
If you call to ask HOW MUCH RENT IS, call again later, and you might get a different PRICE, for the same size apartments. Nice huh.
The outside pool is dirty, and the ground will CUT your feet it is so SHARP, no fun. There are geese EVERYWHERE! and with geese comes geese POOP.
I'm getting tired of typing, if you are DESPERATE, move in, but don't COMPLAIN, I WARNED YOU!!!!!!!!

I did not live here during the construction but I have to agree that problems were not fixed on time, and when they were "fixed" they really weren't. Someone did come into my apartment unannounced while I lived here. It was maintanence by mistake but still. I also had the same parking problems, however my car wasn't broken into, others were while I lived here. Hoggbreath is close by and that place is fun if you like trailor park people (plus, I saw Sean Austin Green (Stiffler from American Pie) there once so it can't be all that bad).

There are two large lots for parking outside. Normally parking lots don't have trees in the middle of them. Crime is something that is radom and occures everywhere. If you check the crime stats in the area, you will find that Grand Pre East is one of the best locations to live in the Little Canada. Grand Pre East also has a night curtesy officer to prevent crime in the off hours. Rent amounts are charged by the square foot and not by location, however there are "specials" offered from time to time depending on the market. Pool areas are inspected by the State of Minnesota on a regular basis and are clean and up to code. There are geese on the west side of the property near the pond and it is nice having a bit of nature in the city.
