It died in front of us

It had lush green lawn, caring staff and smelled nice around laundry rooms. When the management announced renovation project we had no idea it will end up only worse. Surviving through that noise should reward us a gold medal. Anyways, NOW if you want to live here, get ready to suffer in many ways. Ladies here have something against diapers for the babies and laundry room desperately needs a deodorizing system. So check the smell trend before inviting guests on weekend. 3-4 times a year we had sleepless nights because of party-noise.
Heated garage is a huge plus but this neighborhood is not blessed by metro-transit. Over the past 3 years we saw many businesses closing down one by one in this area. Think of good food and there is noting good in 5miles radius. 24hrs Cub Foods, gas station and Mcdonalds are the only humble rescuers nearby.
Sacrifice social life, ignore the staff entering your apartment on moments notice, dream about new house and you will be happy living at Grand pre East.

Grand Pre East did remodel the exterior of the building in 2008, but the renovations are completed and the building looks fantastic. Laundry rooms are immaculate, freshly painted in a sunny yellow and cleaned on a daily basis. The metro transit bus does pick up on County Rd. B-2. Available restaurants include: Arbys, The Charburger, Little Venetian, KFC, Subway, Mamas, Fortune House and several pizza delivery places to name a few.
This report was obviously written by a disgruntled employee that was replaced in favor or a more professional staff.
