This is my first real Apt (lived in military dorms prior), and I've lived here for four months now. I absolutely love the location, price, and the grounds. I live by myself in a one bedroom apt for under $600. There are great amenities which can be hard to find; both indoor and outdoor pools, mini golf, gazeebo, fitness room, sauna, game rooms, and even a tanning room. It is mostly quiet (once in awhile hear someone walking upstairs but not too often or a few loud cars off the freeway when I have the windows open), the grounds and apt are always kept very clean. Parking can sometimes be difficult during the weekend when it's late at night but usually there is a space where you want it. Underground parking is available but for $60 a month. The area of Little Canada is great and centralized.. I work in Bloomington (25 min drive) and Minneapolis (10 min). It is right off of 35E and Hwy 36 so you can get anywhere super fast. It is also near many schools and I've never seen any type of suspicious activity around. I recommend this apt and unless a new job opportunity comes along, I will probably renew as well.
