When moving here the place was pretty well kept. The office personell was very friendly and greeted me by name whenever crossing paths. You would always see him around.

Now they've gone through several people. The office hours are constantly changing. No one has ever answered the phone when I have called. They like to leave letters "reminding" people of the policies, but don't seem to really enforce anything. I believe I've been reminded of every policy 3 or 4 times over. One of the rules is to keep your garage closed. On several occasions there are 5 garages open. The parking is horrible. Visitor parking is limited and far away if you're in the 153 building. There are always cars double parked or parked no parking zones. If you live on the outside of the building facing the prepare to be annoyed by people with driving by with really loud music or sitting outside and talking loudly. There are dogs barking all night. People don't always clean up their pet messes (in the hall ways or outside). I had a hole in my ceiling for a few months that took three trys for them to get it fixed correctly (leaking bathroom ceiling). The building is old and if you have anyone living above you you can hear almost every move they make. Don't let the pool confuse you. It is only open for a few months and it is either full of kids or adults talking loudly on cell phones.

The one thing I like is the location. There are biking/walking trails behind the building. There is a small park with a playground and benches.

Fortunately I will be moving soon.
