You Make the Decision

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I have lived here now, for a year and haven't decided to stay or go. Most reviews are written in anger, so I thought I would share my experience.
When I first moved in, my apartment was huge, freshly painted and clean. The only negative is, the apartment does have older features and no garbage disposal or dishwasher. The shower gives a range of temps during each use which is annoying and the sink clogs easily, but all in all, there is a ton of space.
The parking sucks. Thats why most renters get a garage included in rent. However, I have had many problems finding a spot in the main lot or even the visitor lot. It has gotten better because more people are getting towed. My friend came to visit and was towed when there were no spots left in the visitor lot.
The complex is clean, but not in very good shape. Sometimes I am afraid to have people come because the halls are partially painted and the carpets need to be cleaned. However, I have never smelled urine or trash. I realize I pay for my apartment, which is beautiful so this makes up for it. I just wish they would finish their projects.
They are pet friendly which is awesome and I haven't had any problems with pets. In fact, there are walking paths right outside my door and a park across the parking lot. The grounds are pretty taken care of and when you pull in, it looks great.
The police patrol the lot all the time. Sometimes that worries me, but really they aren't doing much.
The management are awesome. They have been extremely helpful, understanding and willing to work with me. In fact, they even have given me advice.
The price... well it, to me, is a little expensive. However, with all the good things you get, like a clean, huge, pet friendly apartment in a decent neighborhood close to the highway, some would say it's worth it.
So you decide
