Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
Probably not the worst, but far from good. No one seems to know how to park correctly and without banging their doors into yours while getting in & out. There's been rash of car break-ins with the building owners doing absolutely nothing to deter it in the future. Loud, smells bad, hard to get someone to fix things.
