No onsite management

There is rarely any onsite management when you need it - you get a phone number for Rochester, MN. Many tenants have caused problems with noise and parking yet management is afraid to do anything about it. Some tenants have been real jerks an incompetent regional manager was fired so things might improve. There is very little parking yet one tenant and his wife hog spots - when asked why they do this they gave me the finger. Yes, there are always going to be low-class people such as these, but management is responsible for dealing with them.
