I currently moved into Dublin Road Townhomes and I would have to say they are in a great location and are very nice. After reading some reviews about parking I must say that every townhome receives 1 garage for parking so if everyone utilized this or most there wouldn't be a parking problem. From what management has informed me is there isn't any assigned parking because there truly is no need for it. It seems to me that too many people are lazy and if they can't get a parking spot right in front of their townhome then they aren't happy, which to me doesn't sound like a parking problem but more a less people being LAZY! I have lived there for a while now and I have NEVER EVER had an issue with parking at all. And do be quite honest if I did I would go ask myself if there is really a parking issue or am I lazy to walk a few more feet. The people there for the most part do keep to themselves as I have had no problems. I really enjoy the Dublin Road Townhomes and I am glad I made the choice to move there. I would highly recommend it as there is a new properly manager as of this March and he is very nice a easy to deal with. He also has done a great job a cleaning up and letting people know what he expects out them as tentants.

Um u haven't lived here long enough yet u will hate it this place don't worry! I have been here for over more then 2 years and the kids totally trash the place! I am a college student and i gotta say the people with tons of kids don't give a ---- about what they do. I feel bad for the new manager because some tenants don't give a ---- about what they do and they think they don't have to obey the rules like the rest of us! And the parking issue is an issue because some houses have like 3 cars and i come home sometimes in the evening and there are absolutely no parking spots or people just park there car by the side walk and if you are trying to park your car in the garage you can't because there is a car blocking your way in! I am glad i am moving soon because this place just sucks with all those kids that trash the place. Every day there is garbage everywhere! How hard is it to throw the garbage in the garbage can! O well i am outta here anyways!

the trash issue is being kicked into high gear as the manager has made it very clear that it won't be tolerated. (expecially when every night he has to go outside and pick up garbage before he goes to bed) Parking does go beyond what he can do as there are people higher than him that make that choice regardless of what he feels or what is complained about. I do agree with the kids running around as if they own the place and I too have expressed how I feel about that to him and he is making sure it is taken care of before summer starts. There might be many people that don't care for him due to strick rules he is sticking into place but those are the people who need to shape up or ship out. Dublin isn't a playground it is a home for people and I do know what you are talking about when there is a vehicle parked off the side becuase I did see the red truck doing that and next time we catch it they will be ticketed and towed. I had thought of moving to Dublin Road but changed my mind immediately. I drove up there at late afternoon. There were kids running in the road. One kid who looked like he didnt speak english actually left his bike in the middle of the road. He just couldnt understand why he should move out of the road so he wouldnt get run over. And the mother sat there while all ten of her kids played in the street. UNREAL!!

Missed this one: "Nice Quite [sic] Place" - It HAS TO BE WRITTEN BY MANAGEMENT as they can't spell! Any post to Dublin that gives it a good rating is written by the owners, who also happen to be the property managers who also happen to be morons who also like to retaliate when the truth is posted to this site. Morons.
