Watch out for rule-breakers writing reviews....

Apparently there are a rule-breakers writing reviews to cover their laziness and selfishness (April 3rd) - there is no posted parking and there should be - as for everyone gettting a garage: that would be fine if people used them; don't. Some of the original tenants who abided by the rules only to make parking easier for the lazy, rule-breakers, no longer do so. Dublin Road Townhomes is the only high-density rental property without posted parking. There are 40 units, most with more than one vehicle and only 45 parking spots. This does not count the tenant guests which sometimes add 20 vehicles at any given time. An example of the problems you will find with selfish (low-class) people is what tenants (who live at the end of the 400 building) did. They took up three parking spots in an area with very little parking available. When the girl was asked why she didn't park one vehicle in the garage (and stop being a parking hog), she flipped us the finger - these same low-class people will intentionally move their vehicles into parking spots that are more convenient for other tenants (even moving further away from their home) just to be annoying. These lower-class people also have entertained people, intentionally and set off their car alarms late at night just to be annoying. Granted, you are always going to find these immature, childish, low-class people everywhere; the problem is that Dublin Road management will not do anything about these rule-breakers. This would be a great place to live if management would deal with the immature losers.

In my April 3rd posting I did not state there was assigned parking so there wasn't any lying in there, in addition I am NOT a rule breaker as you like to put a 2 year olds term on there. I have a very nice car and park in the garage every night as people like you crab becuase you can not part right next to your damn place, to me that is LAZY, learn how to walk a bit, big damn deal you can't park nex to your place. The parking issue goes beyong the management on the property. No matter where you live for an apartment or townhome there will always be parking issues. The property manager is trying to get parking dealt with but his manager is the one that stops that from happening. And even if there was a assigned parking you can't please everyone, especially lazy people like you!

When it comes to complaining about parking issues you just have to ask yourself...........What would Jesus do? He would not be complaining about fellow mankind's parking habits. As for setting off car alarms, maybe someone was tampering with the vehicles or they are sensitive. I don't think anyone would set them off on purpose. I noticed that some people park right in front of their apartment in the middle of the roadway if "their" parking spot is taken, even though there is no assigned parking. That is gross negligence in my opinion. What would happen if there were an emergency and emergency vehicles needed to get through? Get a life and follow the rules you are complaining about.
