kids run wild, garbage is always littering the ground around the garbage cans, and falling down the hill behind, people seemto park where ever and however they want and nothing is done and Randy (aka Toby)is a lazy manager.

Yep, we agree - but Randy isn't here anymore [he was NEVER in the office during office hours anyway] - the new managers are starting to make an effort - but the lazy ass behavior of some [deadbeat] parents will be hard to change - 2 girls at least 10 yrs old were lighting matches on the property the other day! Their mother is a loser & already had at least one kid taken from her - it will be hard for the new mgrs to deal with the bleeding hearts who won't step up & punish these parents who let their kids trash the place - watch out- if you complain too much INH will evict you! The INH main office is nasty! That's why the last 4 onsite mgrs left - we get a new onsite mgr every year - lucky us. Also, people have begged all levels of mgmt to post parking - that way each unit has a parking spot & the ------- frauds [who live here free but aren't on the lease] take up several spots - Dublin has the highest density parking in mankato; even the police dept can't believe we don't have posted parking - everyone should start complaining to the new mgrs: Shannon & some guy - maybe they can get it posted - finally!

Why don't you just move out, Rhonda? Everyone here knows you're the crazy one that always yells at our kids and complains about posting parking, fraud, and what a dump this place is. So why don't you just move? Just answer me that.

This place is a dump! I'll yell at your kids and not think twice about because no one seems to know anything about raising children around here. They let them roam free and dont watch them! Not to mention let there crap sit everywhere. Stop being worthless to this world and you move out and stop taking up space because your garbage!
