We have had new onsite mgmt for a few months & they have really made an effort to clean things up - but, there is no follow-up or enforcement of the rules - they took the time to paint NO PARKING all over the place yet some people ignore it - the same people who have been ignoring all rules since day one - ok, we are always going to have dumb-as-dirts who make life hell for others but that is where good mgmt should intervene & follow-up with the consequences - so far it's just a lot of hot air.
The pics are of the same lazy, dumb broad who has broken every rule including having live-ins not on the lease [see pic] & these out-of-state people haven't had criminal background checks done - she has a brother who has been caught at MSU, all over Mankato & in Nebraska sneaking into women's bedrooms in the middle of the night - is this the guy in the picture' The parking pics were taken after she had been parked in front for at least an hour. [So why did mgmt. paint "NO PARKING" all around the property - maybe they were bored & needed something to do as it means absolutely nothing. This same tenant got into a nasty fist fight with her sister awhile back & the neighbors called the cops [we have a nice video of this free idiot-show] - surprisingly this angry person works with elderly nuns at Good Counsel convent!! The fighting sister got in trouble for slapping a nun! Fire them! Plus their own mother got kicked out of Dublin about a year ago - hard to believe that happened [the consequences are so sporadic around here] Oh yeah, we have been told for years not to leave garbage in front of our homes - she does it all the time [see picture] - so, the good tenants don't get why some people get away with anything with no consequences yet some of us have been threatened with evictions for telling the truth. hmmmmmm - Maybe the tenant who ignores the parking rules, lease rules, garbage rules has a special black privilege like her next-door neighbor who committed fraud by housing several adults & even lying to a police officer about them. Think twice before deciding to live in the middle of this insanity.
So, bottom line is if you want to live here, we think the current mgmt is trying to clean up this place but until they deal with the sub-human animals that live here, you will just have to look the other way because you will most likely not accomplish anything by bringing problems to mgmt attention - oh yeah, mgmt was told about the car being parked in front of her place at 401 Dublin Ct several weeks ago - we were all given strict rules about NOT ever parking in front [other than to drop off groceries, etc] but yet nothing happens - the parking is a joke. When we took the last picture today, the brat came out & started swearing - yep, they will lash out at you when they get caught & they are pretty clever at calling the cops to make it look like you did something wrong - so if you want to live in a place where everyone has to follow the rules instead of just a few, then go with Lloyd mgmt or Atwood Realty - they wouldn't put up with these morons.....you will have to look the other way when all the kids pee on the fences & other public places & run wild. Their parents don't care what they do.
