Only good thing: Close to campus

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
Office staff is generally grumpy at best, rent is too high, maintenance almost never gets done unless you submit repeated requests, kitchens are tiny. Insulation is terrible.

Otherwise space is decent. Brick walls between apartments is also nice (good sound insulation).
