Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Overall, Highland Hills was the worst place I have ever lived. The staff was never helpful, and the apartment was in the wost condition. It took 2 months just to internet and the heat/ac fixed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
