Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Do not move into Highland Hills. The management does not care about your problems. If you need something fixed, expect that 3 months later, it is still not fixed. They do not shovel sidewalks or plow the parking lot if they don't need too. The internet and cable is horrible, and I didn't have internet for a month. They do not care and are not willing to help you in anyway.
