The maintenance is overall good. If something goes wrong they will get it fixed immediatly. However, they have an interesting booting policy. They have a visitor parking lot which is located way over in the middle of the appartment complex. Highland hills is a large apartment complex so depending on where you live the visitor parking can be a two block walk. If you switch out vehicles or if someone happends to visit you even if it's brief they put a "boot" on your car which they require you pay 50.00 to get off of the vehicle. The apartment complex make nearly $1000.00 per day with these boots and will have your car towed if you do not pay it by 4:00pm. No matter what the circumstances are they WILL NOT remove the boot for free. Basically the management are power hungry douch bags. Even if the office isn't open for you to get a temporary pass they still don't care. If you lock the keys in the vehicle they don't care. They have the most rediculous policy.. because; and I quote "If I make an acception for you, I would have to make an acception for everybody." And of course; then right would be wrong and the world would no longer be as we know it. On top of that the place smells of dog farts and poverty. Literally. If you choose to live in an apartment that reaks of failure...Choose Highland Hills.
