Highland Hills is terrible. During my first week I was fined half a months rent for loud music, even though I had nothing to play music on other than my ipod, but the neighbors said it was me, therefore it must have been me. I was robbed - lost ipod, new laptop, and cds. My car was towed - no warning about snow removal, and I truly believe they have no maintenance personnel. Oh, and let's not forget the pounding overhead from the upstairs tenants. This place will drain the life right out of you. Please don't rent here.
