Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
* No Charter internet [only crappy internet service they have called KMS]
$24/month for 760kb compare to $15 for 3000kb Charter no technical support.
* Money money money money they don;t care about you at all.
* Worse parking system I have ever seen you have to get a guest parking permit for your friend in order for him to park.
* Very expensive.
* Lots of fees like $10 for a spare key, $50 if your car booted, $25 late fee etc...
* You cannot have a satellite dish.
* The roof leaks everywhere at the end of winter.
* Manager and staff don't care about you at all, the manager once called me because he said I was being aloud to one of the repair guys.
THEY ARE BASICALLY SELLING THE LOCATION NOT ANYTHING ELSE.
