Okay, I realize that these apartments are close to campus and convenient, but you will regret living in these apartments even over the convenience of closeness. There have been problems even from before my roommates and I have moved in. First of, our leases said different days for move in, and when we questioned them about it, they told us the apartment might not even be ready be either of our move in days. Then, when we finally were able to move in, I think the previous tenants had maybe moved out ten minutes prior to our arrival. The place looked disgusting, you could tell it was swept, mopped, or cleaned whatsoever, and there were holes in doors and broken objects all over the apartment. Not to mention the cat piss smell coming from one of the bedrooms. When we asked them to fix all of our repairs, it took them over months to get only a few of them accomplished. It has been about seven months now and we still haven't gotten maintenence to come fix our bathtub which will fill completely up while taking a shower so it's more of a bath while showering. This is only one of the broken/nonworking items in our apartment. Not only do they not care to come fix our items but they are rude as hell when you ask them to fill out ANOTHER maintenance request. The people that work for this establishment have been rude every single time my roommates or I have stepped into their office whether it be to pay rent or something else. And don't even get me started on the jerks who plow for them. They have been rude every single time they have come in contact with us and complain to us for parking in the parking lots when it snows....I mean...come on this is our parking lot...where else are we suppose to park'!' And even when our cars are not in the way...it still takes them about a week before they do any sort of plowing anyways and by that time they aren't even making a difference. So please, let me note....STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS!!! PARENTS DO NOT ALLOW YOUR COLLEGE KIDS TO LIVE IN THESE APARTMENTS AS WELL!!! There are far better places in this town to live then in this hole where they care about nothing other than making money!!!

Yeah, I lived there about 2 years ago. I still have pictures of about 2 feet of snow in the parking lots. By the time they got to it it was just packed ice, and plowing did nothing. Then in order to plow, they split the complex parking in half while they plow the other half, and the next day they switch. When they do this people are parking in lawns, on sidewalks, or wherever they can find. I just decided to get up and move my vehicle in the morning. When I woke up, they allready had broken into my vehicle to disengage the 4x4, and had it on the tow truck, but the lot was so bad the tow truck got stuck in it, and they had to let my vehicle down to pull the tow truck out. While they were doing it I got in my vehicle and drove off. It took them over a week after the last snowfall to coordinate plowing of the lots, then all of a sudden they were in a hurry to tow your vehicles at 25$-50$ a crack. Hey, I have an idea, how about looking at my parking permit number, cross referenceing it to my apartment number and come knock on the door. It would seem alot easier to do that then just tow it. But I suppose all the $$$ they make from towing is so substantial they cant give it up. I would like to hear what their managment has to say about this.
