this place is a rip off - the management are greedy, and does not have any consideration for students! I will never ever recommend an apartment of this kind. I will be going for a masters degree next year and there is no way i will allow myself to fell into their TRAP!!!!

Maybe all these posts should be sent to the Mankato Free Press & MSU Housing Office - there are so many nice, new apartments in Mankato that it would serve these -------s right to end up with half of their units empty this next fall.

i wouldnt recommend this apartment to any student...hell NO!

Theres only 1 positive thing about gaayland hills, its close to campus. everything else will eat you up slowly, find a place lil farther n worth your money. this place sucks like shiit and everyone knows it. majority of the ppl probably just suck it in n live with it. like some of us, HELL NO. gayyland hills can suck it
