The people who run this place have absolutely no business doing so. I've lived here for 2 years and they never cease to amaze and disappoint me. With the random apartment inspections, lot sweeping and construction it seems they go out of their way to inconvenience the tenants. You'll be lucky if your car doesn't get towed when living here. Stay away from Highland. Even if you've waited until the last minute to find a place to live there are several other complexes around here even if they are 50 dollars more a month. You get what you pay for here, cheaper rent= cheaper service. Stay away from highland, they will swindle you for every last dime.

The city of Mankato should be ashamed for allowing this & doing this to students.....but, Mankato is just a little wannabe hick town so no big surprise - you wouldn't see this happening in Rochester.....STAY AWAY FROM HIGHLAND HILLS!!!
