I loved living at Huntington Hills, the building are in great condition. Until this year when they were bought by a new manager. They are changing rules at will, and now there is no visitor parking! Before this was the most laid back place to live, no parking passes were needed for anyone, and we never had trouble with parking. I agree... I posted on here a while back that I loved living here... and I did. Since the new management has taken over it sucks! They keep changing all of the rules to the point where I don't know what is allowed anymore and I'm pretty sure I'm just going to get fines left and right for nothing... ...they are putting up new rules on the bulletin boards every week and it's getting really ridiculous. some people started ripping down the notices and burning them in protest. The new management said they are going to start fineing everyone $50 every time this happens because they don't know who it is. I think that this is also really stupid... It's not my fault, why should I pay for someone else's wrong-doings
