I have lived here for 2 years and haven't had too many problems. I did have noisy neighbors below us that smoked on their balcony, so I always had to close my windows, but they have moved out and I haven't had any problems with neighbors since. The apartments are very new/nice with quality appliances. The community manager is not the brightest, but does respond to complaints in a timely matter. I think these are the nicest apartments in Mankato and recommend renting here!
