I lived at Legacy Park Estates for nearly three years. The apartment building is nice enough, but the construction is kind of shoddy. During the middle of my tenancy, the original building manager left. We didn't have an on-site manager for a long time, and this created some issues. The new manager has been nothing but rude to me. As another person has said, be EXTREMELY careful with cleaning when you move out. They try to get you everywhere they can. I thought I'd gone above and beyond what a normal tenant would when vacating an apartment. I hand washed all light fixtures, wiped down the baseboards, cleaned under the fridge, oven and washer/dryer, scrubbed down the bathroom entirely (even using a toothbrush to clean hard-to-reach areas), wiped down all of the cupboards twice; etc....you get the picture. I felt I left the apartment in very good condition, only to be greeted by a HUGE bill three weeks after moving out. Obviously I contested the bill, and it was greatly reduced. During this process the building manager as well as the people at INH Management were horrible to deal with. I just feel bad for the people who don't know their rights as renters. What if I had not contested the charges' I would be down a lot of money! I'm sure they've gotten away with such things before, and that's the worst part. They're just trying to take advantage of people. During my time at Legacy Park Estates, I spent more than $30,000 on rent. I should have been treated with more respect. Never rent here.

I would have to agree with everything this person posted! Lived in the apartment for over 2 years and they charged for several hours of cleaning. The manager is hard to get ahold of. Would also have to agree that INH management were very horrible to deal with and would not listen to the tenant at all.
