I would not recommend renting here, I agree with the other reviews. Horribly slow elevator, outdated styling, bugs everywhere in the apartment, constant water problems (my front entry is constantly wet), AC sucks! Oh and the building owners are emotionally unstable at best. Also this place is probably the most expensive per square foot in town.

I also wrote only one review. I was forced to get law enforcement involved due to ------- --------refusing to pay my deposit back despite having a court order to do so. When I moved into Mankato Tower----had just started as the caretaker and within 6 or so months there was a new one so ------- claims of "There has only been 1 manager there for many years" is false. Also, the water leak occured within the first week of my moving in Oct 31st--The carpets and walls were not taken care of for THREE MONTHS!! I have plenty of documentation that was brought to court to prove this. By the time I moved out Jan 31st they had done nothing to investigate the problem to prevent issues in the future other than spray paint over the water mark. So if this sounds like speedy service to you by all means rent from Mankato Towers. Oh and by the way -------, I REALLY am happy in my new place! Thank you for such concern!

You can see that all 5 reviews were written by one unhappy person. The review is untrue. There has only been 1 manager there for many years. Other people are very happy to be there and really love the place. Unfortunately there was a water problem caused by the person upstairs that happened that was taken care of quickly. I hope this person has moved on because the other renters are very happy there. It's unfortunate that this renter was unhappy but we hope they are happier in their new place.

Dear T.T. We are sorry that you are trying to retaliate when 99% of our residents are very nice people. You were asked to leave because you have 15 people drinking on the roof and you had all the lawn furniture stacked so your party friends could crawl up on the roof which was a very unsafe situation. You also left a major mess for others to clean up. It is sad that you decided to have a party with all these drunken people and cause a very unsafe situation for our good residents. Since 99% of our residents love the owners and manager who try hard to give everyone good living conditions, we are sorry that you decided to retaliate against good people and our manager who has been here for many years with us and the other tenants love. We hope you will be happier in you new situation. Mankato Tower Apartments
