This place is terrible. The owner is a sadist. There has been three grounds managers since I have lived here (less than a year) and the first two have left without giving notice because they can not stand her. Is that bad when they tell one of their tenants they are leaving but not their employer' She constantly claims that the rent has not been paid even when our bank is faxing copies of the checks she cashed. She does not think it is her responsibility to keep track of the rent even though she spends it just fine. Do not live here. Save your family, sanity and soul -- go somewhere else.

It is amazing what one will write when you throw them out of your building. Jeremy Alford has chosen to leave the property in order to avoid an eviction for cause case. Both he and his boyfriends have engaged in personal harassment of management via phone. My personal opinion would be to avoid this person.

My wife and I lived in this apartment until the end of September -- a month and a half after this user's post. We left because they never furnished us a lease which is illegal, they moved people in to both the units that we were renting (i had one unit with a roomate that hadn't quite expired yet), weeks before our move-out dates. Our deposits were legally due to us November 21st, 2007. It is now January 17th, 2008 and we have received nothing. Possible law suit in the future -- and of course we won't be suing for the deposits, but for them to be closed down. It is too ridiculous to warrant any further discussion, just look on any apartment ratings web site.

You can see that all 5 reviews were written by one unhappy person. The review is untrue. There has only been 1 manager there for many years. Other people are very happy to be there and really love the place. Unfortunately there was a water problem caused by the person upstairs that happened that was taken care of quickly. I hope this person has moved on because the other renters are very happy there. It's unfortunate that this renter was unhappy but we hope they are happier in their new place.
