It's furnished! The management and maintenace staff are excellent--they are always willing to help out and fix things when needed! Close to campus. I could not find better college housing than the Summit! One thing that I was very happy to have was washer/dryer in each apartment--I hate having to pay for community laundry, so that was a great plus!
