This place is nice, but its not worth the money. There's an airduct running through two bedrooms and the main shared area. The appliances are very loud and work so-so. Our room is above the garbage compactor, which is easily loud enough to wake us up. We have to park two blocks away on Minnesota State University property. Definately leaving when lease is up.
