You are paying for the location here. The apartments are pretty small and not really worth how much they cost. I live above Boomtown (bar) and I am kept awake at night by the bar's bass. After consulting management about it they had no answers. Got towed out of the parking lot by management. All in all these are nothing special. Loved that these are right next to school, that's about it. It is one of the better places in Mankato to live however.
