Not worth the money

The parking is horrible, you need to cross the street over by the free lot with no crosswalk near the complex. Terrible to get to in the winter and with groceries it is a nightmare.
There is a huge ugly airvent throughout the entire apartment that is painfully loud.
One bedroom has no window (which i believe is a fire hazzard). This bedroom is also much smaller than the rest with only half a closet. The other rooms are nothing special.
Landlord makes promises to get you to sign the lease, if he tells you something be sure to get it in writing. He told us it could be arranged for us to have a small cat if it would be a "deal breaker" then once we signed he said absolutely not.
We lived above the garbage compactor, they say that it does not run after 11pm, but there is nothing to stop the businesses from running it at all hours of the night and it is very loud. When employees were asked to stop running it they yelled rude comments and told us to close our windows.
Living above two bars also caused a lot of unwanted noise from outside. Jimmy Johns is open very late and is a destination for drunks wanting a snack, they have no idea how loud they yell. If you enjoy your sleep and like your windows open in the summer not a good idea.
The heat and airconditioning was not very functional and spiked the power bill to almost double what it is for us now in our current apartment.
I would not reccomend this place
