Best place I've lived in a while

Throughout the years, I have leased from quite a few different properties and companies. The staff is extremely helpful and are really willing to help you out. I just moved out because I had to move closer to work, but they were willing to give me the deal of a lifetime for my 2 bedroom. In the Cities you can totally expect to pay at least $1 per square foot and we negotiated my 1,200 s/f apartment down to less than $1,000 a month. The only place where you might not find the good apartments for this property is there are 3 buildings. 2 of them are in the same vacinity and 1 is a few blocks down the road. It is that building (the one down the way) where the problems seem to arise. Maybe it's because the building is almost out of sight and out of mind or that is where the management chooses to send those they deem as the ones that might cause trouble....I don't know. I do know that in the main building, where I lived for over 2 years, that they took excellent care of the area and facilities.
Nobody is perfect, but this is as close as you can get in the Twin Cities metro and for the price.
