I have lived at Mallard Ridge for 2 years and have loved every minute of it. It is located close to everything in Maple Grove, yet is a quiet area. I never hear traffic from the busy Weaver Lake Rd. I received a good deal on rent when I moved in and was suprised when that deal was renewed for my second year. In my 3rd year lease they are raising my rent $20, but I can't complain. My previous apt. raised my rent $20 every year and never fixed anything (or when they did, it was a lousy job). Mallard Ridge is great at fixing issues before you even realize there is an issue. And when something does break in the apt. they fix it very quickly. Everyone in the office is very nice and helpful. There are plenty of nice features like 2 pools, a playground, workout room, gazeebo and party room. Each apt. comes with a nice sized storage room too. I love having my own washer and dryer and they have been updating the kitchen in apartments for the last year. What I love the most about this place is that they allow cats and no not charge you pet rent, just a deposit. Absolutely no complaints - I will stay here until I can afford my own home.
