This place is not as great as they say they are. They have raised the rates so high that people are seriously moving out over night. The management team is not a nice group of people to work with and you are not treated very nice if you have any problems arise. You can hear what your neighbors are doing at all hours of the day and night. The property is dirty and not kept to the standard that they claim. For the price you pay it's too high for such poor conditions!

The office staff is great to work with!I just want to say that I have very seldom heard any of my neighbors at any time of day, and I see grounds staff tending to the grounds almost daily. If you have such impossibly high standards, renting is probably not right for you.
