I have lived at Mallard Ridge for two years now and just signed another year lease and I love it here! The apartments are very spacious and newly remodeled. The grounds are beautiful with mature foliage. The flowers are great every season. The maintenance staff is very quick when something goes wrong and they follow up to make sure that everything is still going well. The office staff is very friendly! I am one of the many residents that comes into the office to chat with the office staff. The townhome style apartments also come with a garage stall and spacious storage room. I could go on and on. But I'll just say that this is a wonderful place to live.
