Worst Rental Experience Ever

Looks good on the outside. Staff is rude, unreasonable and lazy. Large Poop in pool was not cleaned up for DAYS. Horrible smell in hall never resolved. We were blamed for stuff that we did not do and lost damage deposit. Apartments were "luxury" and thus inticing, but DO NOT RENT!!! Too many more problems to list. Took too long to fix the light in garage-- had to stumble in complete blackness to find my vehicle-- dangerous. Should have reported them to OSHA and the Health Department.

Man, I have had the opposite experience with Mallard Ridge Apartments. I really love my apartment. The office staff is very nice - very pleasant and my few problems (cracked window) were resolved very promptly and to my satisfaction. I love the floor plan of my apartment, no cat rent, I love the kitchen - wish it was larger but I have adapted; love the large walk in closet in the bedroom. This is a great place to live!
