I completely disagree with your comments. The office staff is always polite and courteous. In the two and a half years that I have lived here, I have had no problems with maintenance addressing my concerns promptly. As for the pools, I see the maintenance men spending about an hour cleaning them every morning before they open them. In fact, the pool is sometimes closed for further cleaning. As for luxury, I have never seen any advertisements or signs describing Mallard Ridge as luxury though they are very nice. I have not had a single problem at this property. Perhaps the problem lies within the resident.

The problem doesn't lie within the resident when everyone living around you is beyond rude. I've never heard so much noise as I have around here. Constant garage doors opening and closing at 2,3,4, a.m. or worse. Alot of partying as well. I think it probably depends on what building you're in. We were building 5. Sorry, I wish the problem was me but it's not.
