I have read many of the reviews on this site and finally decided that I wanted to express my opinion. I have lived at Mallard Ridge for a little over 2 years now and disagree with many of the complaints expressed on this website. I will only agree with one - the construction. Construction was going on when I moved here, which I was aware of. I asked when it would be completed and the office gave me a general idea. It was actually finished before the estimated date I was given. The grounds were great - although they are putting in all new landscaping and I have to say that now the grounds are even more beautiful. Also, my building was just recently re-carpeted, the old stuff was just fine but the new was sure an unepected surprise! This place truly keeps everything updated and clean. It's nice to see that my rent is going back into the community and not into someone's pocket! I have had no problems with the office or my neighbors. They have all been extremely helpful and accomodating. All in all, I am extremely happy with my apartment and have no intentions of moving until I am able and ready to purchase a home of my own.

What place are you living in?? NOT Mallard Ridge! Wake up! You must have the only apartment thats "perfect". Or your not ascertive enough to care about getting ripped off! I guess some people do settle for substandard living extremely high prices. I bet in the next year you won't have very many things to say that are good. I guess it takes some longer to realize and see that their living in a hell hole!

You must not have much else to do if you have the time to reply to every post about how bad your experience was. Not every one has the same issues as you have had. Don't be so grumpy, it is a nice place to live. I have never had issues with the staff and the grounds are beautiful. I also don't feel the need to complain about every little issue I have, but that's just me.
