Don't make the mistake of living here! The positive posts are from the staf!! You will NEVER get parking, you will be plagued with constructions every day and they are rude and disrespectful, and it will start early in the morning 7:00am and end at 10:00pm. They DO NOT have a care in the world about their residences. You don not get compensated for any of the months you do not get to use your garage. If you call to complain, Doug will do nothing but give you the run around and play mind games. The apartments are over priced for what you get. The buildings are NASTY and the people they let in here.......you had better not have kids!! As I talk to many people here, they will be leaving after their first year because ANYTHING is better than Mallard Ridge!

If you live here you must Love the following three things:

- Construction ALL the time
- The love to walk because you will not be parking near your apartment.
- The horribly rude tenants and staff that accommodate them.

The good:

Hmmmmm.........NOTHING!

YES YES YES! You couldn't have it it on the head better. I AGREE! Don't complain after a few years that your kids are sick because of the mold! You asked for it by signing the lease! Me and my kids......are moving to a safer location. GET OUT!

I posted a positive review and I am not staff. Construction can be an obstacle, but I like that they fix issues rather than let them become bigger problems. And if you research the area they are right on target for price. The buildings are NOT nasty. I have NEVER in 4 years had an issue with parking. NEVER. Let me give you some advice, you treat people with respect and you get it back. I'm sure all the people who have posted negative things are people with huge attitudes. You know what I find amusing about your post? You complain about construction, but then rate maintenance a 3.5. WTF?

I bet you are the staff. Why would you keep posting positive things about mallard Ridge for every negative comment otherwise. Nobody's got time in the world to keep praising the stupid management for their worst behavior except for the staff I believe. The negative comments will come though becuase of teh frustations people face here.

This must be from someone who was evicted. I have never had a problem with parking - ever. Yes, there is maintenance going on but that is because they are improving the buildings. My building was worked on this summer and I was NEVER bothered by the noise from the construction.

For the record...I was NEVER evicted! It was just a plain and simple horrible living conditions! In my new place for the last 6 months, I have never had one single problem. I now realize that Mallard Ridge is ONE OF THE MOST HORRIBLE AND DANGEROUS PLACES TO LIVE! Its NOT bias, ITS FACT PEOPLE!
