I lived at Mallard Ridge for 3 years and would have stayed
longer, but married and moved "Up North". I loved it there.
The maintenance crew was wonderful. No matter what went wrong
they were there within hours after I called. Never a problem
with them. The staff, for the most part, were very nice and
helpful. The managers did change often and some were nicer than
others, but I never had any problems. My building was very quiet,
mainly single, professional people, and very clean. It was one
of the few complexes that allowed cats also. I tell everyone,
how much I loved it at Mallard Ridge. There are rules to follow,
but if you follow them, there are no problems.

I totally agree-I live in a cat building now, and haven't had any of the problems that other people talk about. I think it's give and take depending on which building you live in!
