Great affordable housing. The apartment layout is attractive. My unit was recently remodeled with all new fixtures and cabinets. Maintenance is on the ball - taking care of any issues within 24 hours. Management is helpful and available. Complex is kept clean and maintained. If you have a large vehicle (Yukon Denali, etc) the garage space is tight. Neighbors are professional people and respectful.

On what planet do you live? I had no idea there was a Mallard Ridge Apartments in outerspace. Suck up kiss ass! Must be on the verge of getting evicted!

I don't agree with the neighbors being professional. They certainly are not respectful. I'm in building 5 but gone in a couple days. The young crowd around us are anything but respectful. That's sad I have to say that since my wife and I are only in our mid 20's. We wish the experience would've been alot better.

I have no idea why you people had problems when you lived here. I had none - absolutely none! LOVED it. In fact, I would have stayed another year except I bought a house. I never had any problems with my neighbors. But, I am pretty respectful to people and maybe that is why I never had problems. The only negative things that I have read in reviews about this apartment complex that I agree with is someone said the bedroom with the sliding glass door was cold and another one said there was constant construction going on. I agree with both of those things but was told when I signed my lease that there would be construction going on. And since I lived alone in a 2 bedroom apartment the spare bedroom being a little colder than the rest of the apartment wasn't a big issue for me.
