1. Construction is going on forever
2. Small parking spot. Very difficult to get in and out
3. Poor customer service. No help during distress. In one case clearly colluded with towing company rather then residents when my car was picked up during summer cleaning
4. No scheduled maintenence and cleaning. Short notice and spoils your schedule
5. Vandalism abounds in the parking lot

I have had the opposite experience. The staff in the office respond within a day to any problem. Construction is inconvenient yes, but they are making improvements. My garage stall is just fine. I like living here and I love my apartment.

You obviously didn't didn't pay any attention to the two - three day notice that was given. It clearly stated that cars that were not moved would be towed. I have lived here for over a year and have had the opposite experience as you have had.

1. Maintenance does not set an appointment for them to enter your apartment which is hard when you want to be there but they do get to it that day. 2. The parking spots are extremely hard to get into but you see that before you lease the apartment. 3. The flooring is very thin so you can hear the people below or above you but you also have to keep in mind that this is community living, not single family house so you have to be aware of that before leasing an apartment. I just think of it as, at least it is not after 10pm and before 8am :). 4. The office staff has always been extremely nice and professional when I have spoke to them. 5. The construction "bins" were an eye sore and I am sure got extremely annoying when they were outside one apartment building but on the flip side, at least they are making improvements to the building and not just leaving it how it was. Just look at the bright side of things... Life is not all that bad, and trust me, it could definitely be a lot worse.
