I have lived at Mallard Ridge for 8 months now and it is a constant battle with slamming doors and rude foreign people with no manners. If you complain to the office they just tell you, "well we cant control all the people!" When you come to the rental office they are all so cooperative and will tell you anything you want to hear. Just like the democrats, they promise you the glory land and deliver nothing but more cost. The buildings are very poor construction and noisy and drafty. I had to always dress in insulated clothing in the winter because of the drafty apartments. And God forbid ever taking an apartment over the garages. The Automatic garage doors are so noisy and car doors slamming all the time will never let you sleep like a normal human being. People sneak animals in and never let the office know so they are a constant noise. I hate this place and the rude rude inconsiderate jerks they rent too. I will move as soon as I am capable. This place doesnt even deserve 2 stars.

I'm sensing some bigotry and racism...and I'm as white as can be! There's really no need to have that reflect in a freakin' APARTMENT review!!!

well if you like em go live with some the ignorant jerks that they are. where they come from they don't have to consider anyone but themselves. And yes, I am a bigot and and a racist and also a member of the NRA. Care to question me? And I dont care if your white or green Im sick and tired of inconsiderate ignorant people like you.
