Well, what can we say'' It is right in the middle of all the Maple Grove action. That was handy. So was being right next to the freeway. That's about it. Otherwise, we had our car ripped into out in the parking lot. That's the 2nd time our stereo has been taken. Nothin better than coming out at 6 in the morning and finding everything strewn about inside your car and the damage caused. The people around here at night becomes scary. There is alot of loud booming bass, loud talking in hallways, doors constantly slamming, garage doors going up and down at all hours of the day and night, stinky smokers, drafty apartments that have high heating bills, and vehicles being stolen right out of the lot. The Maple Grove Police Dept. told me the asian gangs are a problem. They love any honda vehicle so beware. I'm not usually a complainer but think about this place and read all the other reviews. This isn't as fancy of a place as you might think. Who wants a heating bill when most apt. buildings have free heat' Oh well. Live and learn I guess.
