I think that living in apts. is always touch and go-with neighbors, noise levels, etc. but our experience has been great. We live in a 1 bedroom above a garage and love the fact that there is nobody above or below or beside us (except one bedroom wall). We haven't had ANY problems w/ the noise, as far as doors slamming, etc-doesn't everyone do that sometimes' And the only place you can hear that is if your close to your front door. And b/c we're above the garage we hear it open and close probably 2x a day. I'd MUCH rather have that than hear kids yelling and stomping on the floor. The management is awesome-the work orders for maintenance are completed the day we call it in. The only thing that sucks is that you pay for your own heat and that gets pricey-especially b/c in our apt. the bedroom only has one vent so while the rest of the house is toasty our room is cold. The only reason this bothers us is b/c we don't allow the cat in the bedroom at night, so we use lots of covers to sleep. It is a little pricey, but the quality of living is awesome b/c of the amenities. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
