I have been a resident here for over a year, and I thought with new management, it would improve. It hasn't. Besides the morning maintenance man, the rest of the staff are rude and incompetant. The apartment manager will be your best friend when you are planning to rent,,but once you move in, don't even expect a smile. Constant "notices" are being posted about every little thing, including kids not allowed to play in front of their ground floor patios..etc. It is a rip off as far as the cost of rent. You get absolutely no ammenities. I would rather spend this amount of money at an apartment building with an indoor/outdoor pool, excercise room, etc. It's just plain awful.

It's $755 with everything but electric paid how is that overpriced? My kids play in front of our patio all the time and nothing has ever been said to them. I called the police to saked about the place before we moved in and they said it was nice. The lowest amount of calls in maplewood.

$755 for what? 1Br or 2Br? Since the heat and AC are electric they are asking you to pay for a majority of the utilities. The only thing they don't ask you to pay for is trash and water. For the price, you don't get much from the new owners. Our rent has been raised twice since moving in.
